If you haven't noticed yet, my posts have been very "weak" and I haven't been putting much effort into them. I am truly, really sorry for that. However, I have been working on sooooo many things for this blog but they do require a lot of time if I want them to turn out perfectly. 

I also have been quite busy and get drained by the end of the week and so its super hard to even shoot pictures for this blog. However, I have accumulated a bunch of pictures through my mini "break" and you will see them soon enough!!

Lately, I have been thinking a lot, about pretty much everything. I have been deciding to change quite a lot of things in my life from: my habits, the way I talk, act, think, and my overall mind set. I have begun being a lot more, at least trying to, be more extroverted and carefree. I want to be able to just have fun without worrying too much and having my anxiety get in the way.
To dealing with my anxiety, I have begun trying to do many different things from: writing in my journal to get my feelings out, to reading and drinking plenty of water to calm my nerves, listening to music, and etc. I have also heard that yoga and any other exercises also help with anxiety so I am attempting to be more active in that sense to help with not only my anxiety but also my skin. Also to to be more organized and plan out my days more efficiently will help with worrying less about what to and what not do.
As for my blog....I have been very indecisive about it--about whether or not I want it to be more of my photography and lifestyle or more beauty and fashion. I think as of right now, I will mix the two until I decide whether I want one or the other. If you have any suggestions for what I direction this blog should go it, leave a comment down below.

MoMa 9/15/15

As you can clearly tell, this blogpost is a long awaited one. I have no complete idea to why I waited this long to do this post but hey, at least its here now! I don't know if I mentioned before but I absolutely love being behind the camera because you can see my perspective of things.I will be doing a lot more "photography-based" photos more often over my fashion/beauty posts because, quite frankly, it's a lot easier to keep you updated with these type of photos. However, fret not, I will also feature beauty and fashion into my blog too, just not as much. anyways...

I went to MoMa, Museum of Modern Art with one of my good friends, Luci and we had a great time full of laughs and us just being stupid and getting ourselves very close to being kicked out.

Style Inspiration: Gemma Styles

 Gemma Styles, Harry Styles sister is a humorous 24 year-old  who loves cats and the show "Scandalous." She works alongside her younger brothers work-friends like Lou and Sam Teasdale. Gemma works with The Debrief, writing very "relatable and humorous" posts as well as works at The Book Agency and sometimes does work with Lou and Sam for Fudge Urban, The Craft and etc.

Gemma has a style in which is very indie and a bit grunge--her music taste definitely resembles her style, a "rocker-chic." She does have a bit of a simple style with a boyish, grunge, and indie flare to it.

Gemma wears a selective amount of beanies and also has messy hair as she uses dry
shampoo and texturing spray to give it that messy-done look.

Gemma is more of tomboyish girl and loves her comfort!

Denim is a girls best friend.

She can dress up a super casual outfit to make it look like she put a lot of effort into it using accessories.

Wanting to go a bit more dressed up? Add a pair of heals, make it minimal and don't forget
that denim!!

An outfit similar to Harry's style but in a feminine take. This is great for any sort of event and also work
Depending on dress-code for work, you might need to change shoes. Also for bottoms, go for black trousers!!

Clearly as you can see, Gemma has a simple style and it is very easy to mask. Her style is minimal and resembles a rocker-indie chic.
Her style is also inspired by the music she listens to like Fleetwood Mac, The 1975, Years and Years, and of course, One Direction and old bands such as The Rolling Stones and The Beatles and also Nirvana. #Music4thewin !!
Gemma shops and gets her style inspo from a lot of UK-based stores  since they are more accesible for her (some are found in the states too!): Selfridges, Primark, ASOS, Topshop, H&M, Mango, Urban Outfitters, Acne, Unif, Zara, Paige Denim, MAC, Fudge Urban, and etc. She also gets a lot of inspiration from like I said earlier, music and also brings back trends from the 90s and actually makes them look astonishingly stylish!

Halloween 10.31.15

Oh Halloween, probably one of my favorite holidays because it has to do Fall. I haven't dressed up or really have gone out on Halloween for ages and I decided to a little something this year. I was more or the less, pretty bored so I decided to do a very "basic and easy" look...stitches around the mouth. 

Well, here's my "not-so-great" Halloween look:

When you're dead...

For my makeup, I decided to go for my go-to smokey eye, which I will do a detailed post later combined with
my signature winged liner. As for my lips, I used my black pencil liner, outlining my lips and creating two lines
extending from my lips and making little ticks along those lines. For the actual lip color, it honestly can vary
among what YOU like. The best bet is to experiment with colors and mix it with black to get that creepy, dark color. 

In case you wanted to know what my very healthy breakfast was:
-Leftover donuts from the night before

As you can clearly see, I didn't do much and I was actually okay with that. I had a nice well rested sleep since I was sleep deprived that week and also recieved one of my favorite candies, Jolly Ranchers and Ferraro Rocher!!
I cannot wait until next year's Halloween...I am already thinking of my costume *everyone facepalms* :)) xx
